At Noah Finn Photography these Terms and Conditions will govern our agreement. Your use of the product(s) supplied or scheduling of Noah Finn Photography’s service signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Rights:

I permit a lot of flexibility in the use of the product(s) I supply, if you have paid in full you have the right to use the product(s). You agree that you will not transfer, assign or sublicense your rights to use the product(s) to another individual. Anyone who wants the right to use the product(s) will need written permission from Noah Finn Photography. This applies to anyone who isn’t stated in the following; Buyer’s agents until listing is expired, sold or withdrawn, Stagers, Property Owner or Property Manager.

Promotion/Right to use, Real Estate Agents:

This agreement is only valid to the person who first listed the property, after which time if the property’s listing is sold or expired no other agent/service can take over a listing and use the products provided by Noah Finn Photography without written permission. You agree that I will be the copyright owner of all products such as photography, videography, etc.

Portrait Photos Right to use/Permission to print: Every client has permission to print the photos they pay for from Noah Finn Photography but Noah Finn will always remain as the copyright holder. You agree that I will be the copyright owner of all products such as photography, videography, etc.

Copyright: The copyright belongs to the person who took the image which is the photographer, making the photographer the overall copyright holder. The customer who purchases products from Noah Finn Photography has the full right to use but no rights to sell or transfer products other then what is stated in these Terms and Conditions. If someone wanted to use products that were supplied on a previous home or property they would have to pay 60% of the original price that the previous customer paid to obtain and have the right to use the product, at which time their use of the product would signify their acceptance to these Terms and Conditions. If someone is infringing on my copyright you as a customer agree that you will cooperate with me to collect damages or stop the infringement from happening.

Payment:

All payments are due upon release of products to customers, if payment is not made Noah Finn Photography reserves the right to restrict your access from the product. If the payment is not made within a 7 day payment period the rights Noah Finn Photography has granted to you will terminate automatically. Upon payment the customer can use the product in any form such as advertising on social media, by mail, email, MLS, etc.

Refund:

If for some reason the product that is supplied by Noah Finn Photography wasn’t satisfactory to customer. The customer wouldn’t have to make payment but then would have no right to use products supplied. If payment is made, Noah Finn Photography reserves the right to not give the customers a refund unless deemed necessary.

Pricing: Pricing may change upon doing work in person, based on if additional work is needed or if further travel than St. John’s metro areas is needed.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Please notify Noah Finn Photography within 24 hours of any cancellation or rescheduling. If for some reason Noah Finn Photography is not cancelled until arriving on the premises where the work is being done, the customer would have to pay Noah Finn Photography $0.60 for every km travelled to and from the premises from Noah Finn Photography’s address.

Privacy Policy:

Any personal information collected by Noah Finn Photography is treated confidentially. If you have given your name, phone number or email to Noah Finn Photography it will only be used for the promotion of services, supply of product or billing. If for some reason you don’t want to be notified by Noah Finn Photography by any way listed, you would have to reach out directly and you will be removed from Noah Finn Photography’s contact list.
